About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Global Benefits to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in shaping and executing the global benefits strategy, ensuring that programs are market-competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's total rewards philosophy. This role is pivotal in the centralization and governance of benefits delivery, with a focus on creating a simple, proactive, and scalable employee experience. The VP will also be responsible for overseeing the transformation and integration of benefits in the context of M&A activities, as well as leading a team of benefits professionals in a complex global environment. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' progressive benefits experience, with a strong background in global benefits design, governance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a leader with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational processes and shift the team's focus towards strategic, people-centric work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, centralizing, or transforming benefits operations, and experience in managing a global benefits budget. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to champion inclusivity and foster a culture of trust and respect.
