Position Summary:

At The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, the Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for our spa guests and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional, relaxing, and professional experience. This position supports the daily operations of the spa by welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a serene and organized environment consistent with Hilton brand standards.

The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in for services, and provide facility tours as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with spa therapists and leadership regarding schedules, guest preferences, and daily operations.
• Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa front desk, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Stock locker rooms, treatment areas, and guest amenities.
• Ensure the spa environment remains clean, calm, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support daily spa operations and special events as needed.

Schedule & Availability:

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week.
• Saturday and Sunday availability required.
• Weekday shifts may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Close attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn spa scheduling systems.
• Previous spa, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred but not required.
