Skills And Qualifications Strong customer communication skills Knowledge of Windows PCs and Outlook Basic familiarity with desktops, laptops, mice, keyboards, docks, and related hardware Willingness to learn ServiceNow and update tickets frequently Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to pick, pack, and ship equipment Limited provisioning or imaging may be required Wage Range The rate for this position is between $18.00 - $24.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
