About The Role Realm Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Member Services team at our Dallas, TX office. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who excels at providing exceptional customer service and seamlessly communicates in both English and Spanish. As a critical part of our team, you will help ensure a positive experience for our members by addressing their needs with empathy and professionalism. What You’ll Do Deliver outstanding customer service to members in both English and Spanish. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Accurately document member interactions and maintain thorough records in our system. Work collaboratively with the Member Services team to ensure the highest level of support for our members. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve any challenges or issues faced by members. Provide empathetic, solutions-oriented assistance to maintain high member satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide members with accurate and relevant information. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in relevant computer systems and customer service software is a plus. Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
