We're looking for a full-time Growth Analyst to support our continued growth. The role is critical because no deal gets closed until it's created, and we give GAs a high degree of ownership. It's a team of high energy, hungry people looking to build their sales muscles and their networks. Previous GAs have sourced leading investors from Khosla to Founders Fund, global enterprises, and rocketships like Anthropic and Ramp. It's also a fantastic springboard into further impact. We've benefited tremendously from promoting hardworking GAs into roles across the organization, including sales, account management, data, operations, and marketing.

Who You Are:

• A desire to work in person. Most of our NYC team comes in person every day, out of our new office in Flatiron (skyline views of the city!)
• A track record of excelling in whatever you set your mind to
• A scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. You'll help us refine what great looks like
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
• Excellent communication skills. You can speak to a variety of users, from sales to engineers to data scientists

What You'll Do:

• Sourcing new opportunities in target VC, enterprise, and startup accounts
• Identifying product champions and relevant personas in those target accounts
• Creating and engaging customers with personalized messaging
• Scheduling and helping with AE discovery meetings
• Identifying and communicating different ways we can improve our process

$90k OTE + equity depending on level
