Floor Technician, Variable-Part-Time Rotating Shift, Environmental Services

As a Floor Technician, you will: Perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department to ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. Perform daily cleaning of floors and carpets in all assigned areas. All work to be done by following standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department to ensure a clean and wholesome environment. Be able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Must be familiar with the use of detergents, germicides, and other cleaning/chemical supplies Collect, pack, and dispose of trash according to established procedures Qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED is highly desired, but not required At least 1 year of housekeeping experience. Ability to communicate at a level, which allows for safe and efficient job performance. Ability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment safely and properly. Work Schedule: Employment Type: Variable Part-Time Typical Daily Schedule: Evenings, 3pm - 11:30pm (May be requested to work other shifts as needed.)
