What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostic vascular interventions and angiography (venous and arterial)
• Conduct therapeutic vascular interventions, including angioplasty, stenting, and thrombolytic therapy
• Manage embolization and interventional procedures (body, non-neuro)
• Handle vascular access devices, PICC, central lines, port-a-cath insertions, IVC filters, and TIPS
• Assist with aspiration/drainage procedures, biopsies, abscess drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and myelography
• Participate in pain management procedures, joint/epidural injections, and vertebroplasty
• Perform complex procedures such as uterine artery embolization, Y90/TACE, and cryoablation
• Read diagnostics in between cases as needed, with a focus on stroke thrombectomy when required

What You Need:

• Valid North Dakota medical license
• 2+ years IR general experience; stroke thrombectomy experience preferred
• Ability to perform a wide range of interventional procedures listed above
• Strong procedural and diagnostic skills
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
