Operations Manager

A well-established agricultural operation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily agronomy and operational activities including dispatching, logistics, inventory coordination, equipment scheduling, and facility operations.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands fast-paced agricultural operations and enjoys solving problems, managing workflows, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day agronomy and operational activities
• Coordinate dispatching, scheduling, and logistics
• Supervise applicators, drivers, operational staff, and seasonal employees
• Assist with inventory management and operational planning
• Ensure equipment, facilities, and fleet are operating efficiently
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Work closely with sales, agronomy, and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Agriculture operations or agronomy background preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of fertilizer, chemical, grain, or ag retail operations preferred
• CDL and applicator license are a plus
