About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Special Situations Communications. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a minimum of 15 years' experience in strategic communications, financial PR, or public affairs, particularly in the context of high-stakes events such as M&A, shareholder activism, restructurings, and crisis response. This role demands a leader with a proven track record of advising clients through complex and sensitive matters, and who can develop and execute integrated communication plans that are tailored to the specific business, legal, and reputational contexts of each client. The Managing Director will also be responsible for mentoring and inspiring junior talent, as well as contributing to the overall leadership and strategy of the firm. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess deep expertise in financial services, legal and regulatory environments, and corporate governance.
