RN Telephonic Nurse - Accredo - Work from Home, Anywhere, USA (Compact Nursing License Required)

Position Overview The role is a full‑time, work‑from‑home Telephonic Registered Nurse (RN) position based in a compact state. The RN will provide telephonic education and support to patients and caregivers, follow clinical protocols within nursing scope, and act as a nurse coach, working closely with physicians and a network of nurses. Training begins the first week of July 2026, with a 10:30am – 7:00pm CST shift, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Deliver telephonic patient and caregiver education, including disease and drug‑specific instruction. Document clinical data and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols and nursing guidelines. Collaborate with treating physicians to report new symptoms or health concerns. Support the overall well‑being of patients and work within the nursing scope of practice. Participate in new‑hire training and peer mentoring, and conduct quality‑documentation checks with feedback to management. Qualifications Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered RN license in a compact state. 2+ years of relevant nursing experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a compact license or additional single‑state licenses without restrictions. Completed Microbiology coursework if licensed in California. Knowledge of Neurology/Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Asthma, Oncology, or Pediatrics. Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Minimum internet speed: 5Mbps upload / 2Mbps download using cable broadband or fiber optic; 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload if working from home occasionally or permanently.
