Opportunity Details: Review of initial psychiatric evaluations conducted by therapists and ongoing treatment of these patients. Full assessment and management of Medication Management only cases. Concrete services such as medication prior authorization, disability reports, requests for home health services/Medicaid services/Transportation services, other health insurance-related issues, documentation for referrals/employers/legal issues, etc. Participate in staff meetings and supervision by the OPD Directoras needed. Participate in all educational activities including required mandatory trainings, Grand Rounds, PI meetings, and Incident Review meetings as needed. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry. Active New York State Medical License. Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $267,900* (board eligible); $278,200* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $438,690** (board eligible) and $450,020** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
