We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Hose Assemblers . Joining a leading, local manufacturer, you'll help assemble precision thermoplastic hose products used in the aviation, construction, manufacturing, and energy industries. What You'll Do Assemble precision hose products according to production specifications and work instructions. Gather the correct hoses, fittings, and materials needed for each production order. Set up and operate cut-off saws and hose assembly equipment. Install fittings and connectors while ensuring proper alignment and secure assembly. Inspect hoses and components for quality, accuracy, and defects throughout the production process. Measure hose dimensions using gauges and other measuring tools to ensure specifications are met. Clean, dry, cap, and label finished hose assemblies for shipment. Operate hose marking equipment as required. Read and follow job sheets, simple diagrams, and written work instructions. Assist with warehouse duties and other production activities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail. Ability to read and follow work instructions, job sheets, and simple diagrams. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout your shift. Lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds. Frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive hand movements. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, safety shoes, and other required gear.
