A Private Client Services Director provides federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individual clients and privately held businesses.A Weaver Tax Director is an entrepreneur who successfully creates new business for the firm and develops the next generation of Weaver’s leaders. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 9+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting at a public accounting firm. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA or EA9+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, privately owned business, investment partnerships, estates, and trustsTechnical knowledge sufficient to sell and execute engagements in multiple industriesAdditionally, the following qualifications are preferred:Master’s degree in Accounting or related fieldProven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staffStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsCompensation and Benefits: At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people. We take the time to evaluate our employees' wants and needs and invest our resources accordingly. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000 in the California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
