Customer Experience Associate - Corydon

Job Title

Job responsibilities include working closely with customers, discussing discounts, resolving issues, setting appointments, cross-selling, handling calls, collecting payments, setting up bill accounts, submitting claims paperwork, providing proof of insurance documents, assisting with INFB Health Plans, and any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, three years of customer service experience (insurance experience preferred), a property & casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain it within a year, working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs, strong communication, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with clients. Proficiency in using Android and Apple phones is also required, along with patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
