$17.00 an hour. Provides excellent guest service to all guests and Caesars Rewards members.

• Provides excellent guest service to all guests and Caesars Rewards members.
• Builds and maintains database through club membership. Redeems credits for gifts and other amenity items.
• Provides guests with promotional information.
• Communicates the benefits of the Caesars Rewards program.
• Cross sells property events (shows, promotions) and amenities (hotel, restaurants, etc.).
• Resolves guest/member issues and uses service recovery tools in accordance with the department and property standards.
• Maintains confidentiality of all matters regarding guests and the business operation.
• Processes non-gaming cash transactions in accordance with the policies set forth in Marketing Operations, to include processing Ticketmaster requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm and possess basic knowledge of how to operate a computer. A minimum of one-year previous customer service experience is highly preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and be a team player. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours).
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency while performing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.
• Must be able to lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
