As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Luminous Health System, you will have the flexibility of remote work, which allows you to manage your schedule effectively while maintaining a fulfilling work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Provide direct psychotherapy services and mental health interventions to patients experiencing a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, identifying key areas for intervention.

• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that respect cultural considerations and empower patients in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment, promoting the integration of mental and physical health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
