The Opportunity

We are one of the top-performing RoofMaxx dealers in California , and were looking for serious sales closers who want to earn six figures.

This is a high-income outside sales role where youll be running qualified company leads AND generating your own opportunities by working neighborhoods, referrals, and surrounding homes.

If you can close and youre willing to hustle, $120K$150K+ is realisticand there is NO cap.

What Youll Do

Run company-provided, qualified appointments daily
Meet homeowners and deliver in-home sales presentations
Inspect roofs and recommend RoofMaxx treatments and repairs
Close deals on-site
Follow up and manage your pipeline

PLUS:

Door knock around active jobs
Work nearby homes and neighborhoods
Generate referrals and additional deals

The reps who self-generate consistently are the ones making $150K+

Who Were Looking For

Proven sales experience REQUIRED (in-home preferred)
Must be a closer AND willing to hunt
Comfortable knocking doors and asking for referrals
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and driven
Valid drivers license

No roofing experience required
Sales experience required (not customer service)

Territory

Fresno, Clovis, and throughout the Central Valley
