To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and offshore delivery team, ensuring clear communication of requirements, priorities, risks, and project status.
• Lead Medical Device regulatory and remediation projects with strong knowledge of EU MDR, DHF (Design History File), Technical Documentation, Risk Management, and Design Controls.
• Understand client expectations and project requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure offshore teams deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely deliverables.
• Conduct daily/weekly coordination meetings with client stakeholders and offshore teams, proactively track progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive project governance, resource planning, quality reviews, and continuous process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying additional business opportunities.

Skill Requirements EU MDR, DHF, Design Controls, Risk Management (ISO 14971), Technical Documentation, and Quality Systems.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
