Recruiter Position
A business service company is seeking a recruiter to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Duties:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Administer pre-employment testing and background checks as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future job openings
