ALL Family of Companies in Independence, OH is seeking a Recruiter / HR Specialist to support company-wide talent acquisition. You will partner with branch leaders to identify staffing needs, attract and screen qualified candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities. You will maintain recruiting records, assist with compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212), and support HR initiatives in a casual office environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr ALL Family of Companies
