The ideal candidate will deliver effective training, maintain accurate training records, and ensure employees meet required process and safety qualifications. Job Title: Operations Training Specialist 3 Location: Milpitas, CA Key Responsibilities Deliver new-hire, classroom, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for operators and technicians. Develop and maintain training materials, procedures, and curriculum. Ensure employees are properly trained, certified, and re-certified based on process requirements. Track training records, certifications, licenses, and renewals. Monitor training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct process and system-related training as required. Maintain compliance with training standards, procedures, and safety requirements. Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve training programs. Maintain accurate records for mandatory and safety-related training. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience delivering new-hire and OJT training. Experience training manufacturing operators and technicians. Strong experience with certification/re-certification and training records management. Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with training compliance and documentation. Manufacturing floor experience is strongly preferred.
