Job Description
A growing behavioral health organization located in Colorado Springs is seeking a full or part-time board certified Psychiatrist to provide clinical leadership and patient care at a new inpatient behavioral health hospital in Colorado Springs.

- Full-time or part-time inpatient role \n
- BC/BE psychiatrist; leadership or medical director experience sought \n
- Monday–Friday, plus two weekend days per month \n
- Morning rounding; 15+ patients daily \n
- Supervision of NPs/PAs \n
- Initial operation in deemed status with a limited census \n
- Planned expansion to 70+ beds \n
- Direct inpatient psychiatric care combined with medical director oversight \n
- Participation in clinical policy development, quality improvement and program growth \n
