Business Planning Manager

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to join the Data Center Power & Control (DPC) team, supporting the Critical Power Distribution (Kratos) business in Arvada, CO . The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager is responsible for leading the cross-functional planning process for a complex, project-based business environment. The role integrates commercial opportunities, project execution milestones, engineering readiness, supply constraints, and financial objectives into a single executable business plan. The IBP Manager serves as the primary facilitator of alignment across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure forecasted demand can be successfully converted into revenue. This role is responsible for leading the demand and supply alignment processes within a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework. The IBP Manager develops and owns the consensus plan by integrating statistical forecasting, market intelligence, project-based inputs, and operational constraints to align demand, supply, and financial objectives. The role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to enable data-driven decision-making, manage risk, and optimize service, inventory, and working capital. This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical capability, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Demand Planning.
