Overview
Cardiovascular Technologist – Echo Tech for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. Start date 09/14/2026 for a 22-week engagement in a hospital setting. Weekly pay: $2,800–$2,852 per week; guaranteed hours: 36 per week; shift: 10 hours. The assignment focuses on pediatric echocardiography in an outpatient department with coverage of inpatient, emergency department, and NICU as needed. Epic Hyperspace with Cadence Scheduling is used for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric echocardiography examinations, with the ability to provide accurate imaging and documentation following department protocols.
- Acquire and optimize transthoracic echocardiograms; ensure image quality and patient safety during procedures.
- Upload Holter monitor and blood pressure device data and integrate results into the patient record.
- Work independently within an outpatient pediatric department, with coverage of inpatient, ED, and NICU as needed.
- Document findings in the electronic health record (Epic Hyperspace) and communicate results to the physician team.
- Support fetal echocardiography as a preferred skill when available and needed.

Requirements
- ARDMS certification with RDCS-PE credentials
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 2+ years of pediatric echocardiography/sonography experience
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting
- Proficiency with EPIC Hyperspace and Cadence Scheduling
- Experience uploading Holter and BP data and integrating results into patient records
- Flexible to cover inpatient, ED, and NICU as needed
- Fetal echocardiography experience is preferred
