Job Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to meet client requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and financial records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
