In this position you will work closely with project team members to assist in the collection, design, creation and maintenance of geospatial data.Responsibilities:Produce spatial and non-spatial data while ensuring technical accuracy and logical consistency in data processing and outputs.Produce high-quality geospatial products by employing cartographic principles, industry standards, and custom solutions.Identify and solve technical problems under supervision.Conduct field data collection using GPS and mobile technologies.Daily activities include:Utility and municipal data entry and correctionsConducting GIS analysisGenerating GIS deliverablesSupporting customer GIS needsConduct field data collectionSupport asset management activitiesRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.Demonstrable competence with: ArcGIS Online, Field Maps, Survey 123, ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft Suite, GPS technologiesExperience or education related to: ArcGIS Enterprise, AutoCAD, Microstation and basic programming/scripting using Python, Javascript and HTML 5 are beneficial.Must be very well organized, detail oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
