About the Role Eudia Counsel is building an ongoing bench of Arizona-barred attorneys for our US AI-native law firm, an Arizona Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firm. This is a general talent posting rather than a single vacancy: we are hiring across practice areas, seniority levels and engagement models. Because this work is delivered through our Arizona ABS law firm, an active licence to practise law in the State of Arizona is an essential requirement. Engagement Types Fractional (part-time / flexible): ongoing or project-based work, with genuine flexibility around how and when you work. Permanent (full-time): employed positions with our Arizona ABS law firm, working across client mandates alongside our delivery and technology teams. Both are remote-first. You do not need to be resident in Arizona - but you do need to be licensed there. What You’ll Do Work as an attorney within our Arizona ABS law firm or as an embedded member of a client’s in-house legal team. Draft, review and negotiate work across your practice area — including commercial agreements, regulatory submissions, policies, legal documentation and correspondence. Own matters end to end, managing a varied caseload independently and to deadline. Use Eudia’s AI platform as part of your day-to-day workflow and help shape how it is applied to real client work. Identify, assess and elevate legal, regulatory and commercial risk clearly and early. Produce clear, accurate and well-structured work product requiring minimal amendment. Work collaboratively with client stakeholders and the wider Eudia Counsel delivery team. Practise in accordance with the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct and our ABS supervision, ethics and conflicts requirements. Plan and communicate your availability in advance and maintain a consistent, reliable working pattern for fractional engagements. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately at all times. What We’re Looking For Admitted to practise and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona — this is an essential requirement for every role. JD from an ABA-accredited law school, or an equivalent qualification supporting Arizona admission. Post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house or a comparable environment — we hire from approximately three years’ PQE through to senior counsel level. Depth in one or more of: commercial contracts, corporate and M&A, regulatory and compliance, employment, data privacy, or litigation and disputes support. Excellent written drafting skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise and well‑reasoned documents to a high standard. Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement, with the ability to get up to speed quickly on new subject matter. Genuine interest in AI-enabled legal delivery and comfort adopting new technology in your day‑to‑day practice. Highly organised and diligent, with excellent attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines. Comfortable working remotely and independently, while remaining responsive and communicative with the wider team. Able to satisfy conflicts, background and ethics checks, and commit to either a consistent fractional schedule or a full‑time permanent role.
