Field Service - MMS - GCS - Med Dispensing Field Technician
MILLENNIUMSOFT
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform updates and remediation on MedBank products as required.
- Track and maintain administrative requirements and data.
- Accurately document and submit time worked on each product.
- Book and manage travel arrangements on our travel booking tool.
- Travel to assigned locations, primarily within close proximity to the worker's home base.
- Previous experience with medical device remediation is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for lifting, tool operation, and fine motor tasks.
- Ability to work in hospitals and nursing homes regularly.
- Experience with powered tools and manual tool manipulation.
- Ability to drive long distances in adverse weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a GCS 10 panel drug and criminal background check.
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
- Ability to wear a respirator, pass a fit test, and medical evaluation.
