Construction Manager ( Custom Homes )

Position: PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent New Custom-Home Construction This position is for an onsite/multi-site Project Manager for various jobsite locations with custom designed homes and individual homeowners on their own property. You will plan/schedule subcontractors to be onsite as needed to execute the build-time the project dictates. Must have experience with new-homes (& custom homes preferred) to be considered. Main Responsibilities for this role Over-communication with customers (& subcontractors) to ensure the highest satisfaction. Construction site management extending from the design & precon process, subcontractor-selection & executing contracts to managing safety and scheduling through c/o . Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while also closely watching the quality of construction. Basic Qualifications Candidate will need experience in residential construction (preferably in On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building). Managing multiple projects (8-10 typically) at one time with average home prices ranging up to $525-625k (avg.). Qualifications include a 4+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction. Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
