Residents and team members alike enjoy a close-knit atmosphere with convenient access to College Station (home to Texas A&M University), Dallas, and Houston.Position SummaryFreestone Lake & Golf Club is seeking a Hospitality-First Restaurant Manager - someone who leads with warmth, instinct, and presence before anything else. This isn't a typical restaurant management role. We're looking for a natural host: someone who notices what a member needs before they ask, who treats every table like it's the only one that matters, and who brings that same energy to the team they lead.Technical skill matters - but it's what you build on top of genuine hospitality, not a substitute for it. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership without being asked, solves problems in real time, and knows how to turn quiet moments into opportunities - whether that's a table touch, a training moment, or getting ahead of the next rush.
