Quality Technician

Position: Quality Technician Pay: $28.00/hr Shift: Monday-Friday, daytime Location: Franklin, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $28.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on FAA and OEM ducting components to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Conduct receiving inspections, in-process inspections, and part marking processes.
• Support calibration of inspection equipment and tools.
• Utilize inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and optical comparators.
• Perform pressure/flow testing, FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection), and AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Create rejection notices, maintain inspection records, and scan certifications.
• Support root cause and corrective action efforts for warranty and customer concerns.
• Assist with internal audits aligned to FAA, AS9100, and customer-specific standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, OEM manuals, technical specifications, and certifications.
• Support the Material Review Board (MRB) and non-conformance disposition process.
• Cross-train across other Quality functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of quality engineering or inspection experience (aerospace or manufacturing preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for managing documentation and inspection data.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and OEM specifications.
• Must pass FAA vision and DOT/FAA drug screenings.
• U.S. Citizenship (ability to obtain a U.S. Passport) required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light to moderate physical work.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
