Salary 85,000.00

About The Role

We're seeking a skilled Spatial Designer to join our creative team. In this role you'll help create immersive and innovative spatial experiences that blend design, architecture, and technology.

You'll lead the conceptualization and execution of projects across retail, exhibitions, events, and commercial interiors. You'll work closely with Creative Leadership, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life from concept through delivery.

What You'll Do

Design + Development

Lead design and development for spatial projects including retail environments, exhibitions, event spaces, and commercial interiors

Create and refine 2D and 3D designs, layouts, and visualizations that meet project goals and user experience objectives

Troubleshoot and solve design challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Collaboration + Strategy

Partner with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and stakeholders to align on vision, requirements, and timelines

Contribute to a collaborative, creative studio culture

Help present and communicate design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients

Production + Quality

Stay current on design trends, materials, technologies, and software relevant to spatial design

Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality, adhering to timelines and budget constraints

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Spatial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

2–3 years of professional experience in spatial design with a strong portfolio showing range and creative problem-solving

Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

Strong understanding of spatial design principles, scale, and materiality

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong organization and time management

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams

Passion for design innovation and a sharp eye for detail

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced studio with evolving project needs and deadlines. The role involves intensive design and computer work. Occasional overtime may be required to meet project milestones.
