Solutions Director -Communications, Media & Entertainment (CMT) – New York Area Solutions Director -Communications, Media & Entertainment (CMT) – New York Area We are seeking a Solutions Director with proven experience supporting Communications, Media, and Entertainment clients. This role combines strategic client leadership, technology advisory, and account growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, driving technology innovation and shaping digital roadmaps across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Applications, and AI. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client growth — ideal for someone with a track record of expanding enterprise media accounts, leading digital transformation programs, and aligning technology strategy to business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Partner with client executives (CIO/CTO/CMO) to align IT and business priorities with Unisys’ CA&I portfolio. Develop and execute account growth strategies, expanding our footprint in cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, and AI. Lead technology strategy and transformation initiatives across communications and media holding company environments. Act as the technology lead for pursuits: shaping solutions, supporting sales teams, co-owning growth targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Deliver executive-level governance, QBRs/MBRs, and technology roadmap sessions. Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies in media/advertising (CMT), including multi-cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and AI/GenAI. Required Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of technology leadership, with at least 7+ years in client-facing roles supporting Communications/Media/Entertainment clients. Direct experience with Omnicom, WPP, Publicis, IPG, or similar media holding companies. Proven success in account growth, strategic technology advisory, and C-level client engagement. Strong knowledge of cloud (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, digital workplace, and AI platforms. Experience driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives and managing complex ITO projects. Excellent communication, relationship management, and commercial acumen. Preferred Skills Master’s degree in Computer Science or MBA. Background in CMT industry consulting. Proficiency in M&A, distributed IT, and media/advertising technology ecosystems.
