First Shift Welder — GMAW/TIG (Aluminum & Steel)

Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, is seeking a Welder for 1st shift (Mon-Fri) to perform MIG/TIG welding in a manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints, operate welding equipment, and ensure quality in alignment with company standards. You will work with Supervisors to meet production goals, maintain safety, and keep detailed records while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnson Controls, Inc.
