About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with an active secret clearance to lead its core operational and growth functions. The COO will be the key leader for business transformation initiatives, integrating the company's functions, and focusing on building capability and scaling operations to support growth within the special operations forces and the intelligence community. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate the CEO's vision into operational plans, institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the company's values are reflected in day-to-day leadership and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L accountability, leading the corporate operating model, and driving process optimization for sustainable growth. Applicants for the COO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience in support of Department of Defense services or the intelligence community, and a proven track record in overseeing finance, accounting, HR, contracts, and IT functions. Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to lead multi-functional teams and implement organizational change. The role also demands excellent communication, influencing skills, and a commitment to the company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will be adept at organizational development, personnel management, and budget and resource planning, and will be able to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
