What You'll Do Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Maintain the highest standards of fine dining service. Coach, train, and motivate staff to continually improve performance. Ensure smooth daily operations while working closely with ownership. Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For Fine dining experience required both as server and bartender Strong leadership and communication skills. Positive attitude with a hands-on management style, leading by example Young, energetic, and ambitious professional with a desire to grow.
