A PCS2 (Patient Care Specialist) float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as a PCS2 float is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference!

A PCS2 float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Providing patient education, accuracy in patient documentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a PCS2 float, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The PCS2 float will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure adherence to protocols.

Licenses/Certifications: Medical Assistant Diploma from a completed MA program

This position will need to travel and support all of our healthcare clinics locations in Miami-Dade county (Homestead, Coconut Grove, Liberty City, South Beach/Miami Beach, North Miami Beach)
