DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our outpatient clinic. If you have strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to patient care, join our team today!

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage check-ins/check-outs to include collecting co-pays and outstanding balances
Schedule appointments and answer phones
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Coordinate with medical staff for smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS

HIgh School or GED
Prior experience in customer service and accurately balance a money drawer
Ability to act independently and work in a fast-pace enviroment
Good oral/written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a team enviroment as well as take direction from management and physicianss
Abiltiy to read and interpret documents
Basic office skills such as typing , filing scanning and printing
