Job Overview Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (Part-Time) State Role Title: Direct Service Associate II Hiring Range: $23.00 – $26.50 per hour Pay Band: 2 Agency: Department of Veterans Services Location: Puller Veterans Center Agency Website: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties Provide physical observation and behavior modification. Assist with ADL (activities of daily living) care for residents. Support new admissions and discharges. Perform vital sign checks. Complete housekeeping and cleaning assignments. Minimum Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant license in Virginia. Willingness to obtain American Heart Association BLS CPR provider certification upon hire. Additional Requirements Must pass a criminal background check (excluding current DVS employees). May be required to assist the agency or state government during an emergency declaration by the Governor.
