Main Function
- Conduct training for physicians on proper coding and billing for multi-specialty services.
- Provide coaching, education, and appropriate feedback to staff.
- Review documentation to ensure providers are coding at the correct level.
- Assist staff with questions regarding multi-specialty coding and billing.
- Support revenue cycle process including A/R and denial management.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or company events
Experience
- 3+ Years of multi-specialty coding experience.
- 1+ Year of lead experience
Education
- Associates Degree
- CPC, CCS and other coding certifications
