Finance Partner

A leading global law firm is seeking a Project Finance Of Counsel to join its New York office. This is a high-level opportunity to advise major financial institutions, banks, underwriters, and sponsors on sophisticated project, structured finance, and credit transactions, with a particular focus on digital infrastructure—including data centers, fiber, and related infrastructure as well as U.S.–Latin America cross-border financings. Job Requirements: J.D. or foreign equivalent degree and 8+ years of experience with an international law firm. Extensive experience representing major banks, note purchasers, borrowers, or sponsors in complex project, structured finance, and credit transactions. At least 5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure finance, including bank lending and/or U.S. private placements. Strong drafting and negotiation experience across credit agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, sponsor support agreements, commitment and fee letters, Experience structuring collateral and guarantor packages across multiple jurisdictions. At least 3 years of experience supervising attorneys and professional staff, reviewing work product, and managing client relationships. Licensed to practice in New York State.
