Educate clients on pest prevention and maintenance techniques. Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests. Collaborate with team members to develop pest management strategies. Stay updated on pest control technologies and best practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; pest control certification preferred. Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus. Strong knowledge of pest identification and treatment methods. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical ability to perform pest control tasks, including lifting and climbing. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
