Boutique Law Firm seeking a Managing Partner, Senior Litigation Associate, and Litigation Associate in their Scottsdale office:
Details & Benefits:
- Practice Areas: Plaintiff Mass Torts, PI, Commercial Litigation, etc.
- Compensation - Managing Partner: $250,000 - $450,000 base plus bonuses and potentially equity (various plan options)
- Compensation for Senior Associate: $150,000 - $250,000 base plus bonuses
- Compensation for Associate: $100,000 - $150,000 base plus bonuses
- No set billable hour requirements
- Great opportunity to grow the firm from the ground up and be a leader in the firm
- Firm covers the cost of health insurance
- PTO

Qualifications:
- 2-10+ years' experience as an Attorney with a strong civil litigation background
- Open to any general litigation experience – personal injury, commercial/business lit, mass tort, insurance defense, etc.
- Trial experience a plus
- Leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial
