Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney

Job OverviewA law firm seeks an experienced Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney to join its practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in representing corporate debtors, lenders, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as handling financial restructurings, asset sales, creditors' rights, and business litigation in state and federal courts.
