Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs accurately, using standardized assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, incorporating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in different settings, ensuring a client-centered approach tailored to each unique situation.

• Engage in collaborative case management, attending multidisciplinary team meetings to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal care.

• Offer crisis intervention support and strategies to clients dealing with acute psychological distress, providing immediate assistance and resources as appropriate.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, presenting educational materials and workshops to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the Jacobs Creek community.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
