Job Title: Cranial Neurosurgeon

Overview:
StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled Cranial Neurosurgeon to join a renowned multidisciplinary team in the Chicagoland area. This opportunity offers the chance to practice advanced cranial neurosurgery within a fully integrated, collaborative care model. The role involves working with top-tier specialists to deliver personalized, world-class neurosciences care, supported by state-of-the-art technology and a growing, innovative program.

Required Skills:

• MD/DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Fellowship training in Skull Base Surgery and/or Neuro-Oncology preferred
• Active Illinois medical licensure eligibility
• Experience performing advanced cranial neurosurgical procedures, including open and endoscopic skull base surgery, vascular neurosurgery, subcortical white matter surgery, neuroplastic, and reconstructive procedures
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Education and Experience:

• Fellowship training in Skull Base Surgery and/or Neuro-Oncology
• Prior experience in a similar high-volume, multidisciplinary setting

Other Requirements:

• Must hold or be eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Capable of obtaining H-1B visa sponsorship (cap-exempt)
• Willingness to participate in a flexible clinic and OR schedule

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $600,000 – $900,000+
• Non-wRVU compensation model
