We are working with a client who is seeking an entry-level individual to support the Fleet Department with daily route coordination, driver communication, fleet monitoring, and order preparation. Ideal position for a recent college graduate or early-career candidate interested in logistics, operations, or fleet management.

Duties:

• Assist with coordination of daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast.

• Serve as a point of contact for drivers throughout the day.

• Monitor driver activity and performance through fleet-management software.

• Respond to driver or route-related issues as they arise.

• Process customer orders through internal systems.

• Complete administrative steps needed to prepare orders for truck loading.

• Maintain accurate route, driver, and order information.

• Support the Fleet Department with day-to-day operational needs.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Recent graduates and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

• Organized with strong attention to detail.

• Reliable and dependable.

• Comfortable communicating with drivers and internal teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite.

• Interest in logistics, operations, transportation, or supply chain preferred.

Shift: Monday through Friday

7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
