Key Qualifications:
• Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials required for school-based practice
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Confidence in delivering both direct and indirect services to students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation standards

Role Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to students across K-12, addressing sensory, motor, and functional needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver therapy, consult with staff, and support generalization of skills within the school environment
• Maintain compliant records, progress notes, and provide recommendations for accommodations
• Stay engaged with ongoing professional development and ethical/industry standards
• No obligations outside contracted hours—focus exclusively on OT service delivery, free from additional duties such as bus duty or parent pickup
