Information Technology Specialist

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing information technology infrastructure and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. This individual will be responsible for providing technology solutions to employees, overseeing key business technology platforms, and working closely with third-party vendors to implement new technologies and maximize the value of existing systems. The candidate should stay current with emerging technology trends and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and productivity across the organization. What You Will Do: Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across the organization, resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and access across business applications Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and system reliability Troubleshoot issues with field and office technology, ensuring minimal downtime Support and maintain business-critical platforms, including CRM, dispatching, and communication systems Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions Assist with cybersecurity best practices, software updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures Document IT processes, system configurations, and support requests Recommend and implement technology improvements that increase efficiency and support business growth What You Bring: 2+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and business applications Experience supporting desktop hardware, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, user access management, and endpoint security Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support both office and field employees Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Strongly Preferred: Experience supporting a home services company and familiarity with ServiceTitan, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, or similar business platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
