We are seeking a customer-focused and solutions-oriented Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently, expectations are exceeded, and a seamless shipping experience is maintained. How you create impact Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely, professional, and accurate support across multiple communication channels. Provide customers with updates and information regarding shipments, accounts, products, and services to ensure a positive customer experience. Resolve customer concerns and escalations by identifying solutions, coordinating internally, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and support teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within customer service management systems. Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, promote additional services, and support business growth. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. What we would like you to bring High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus. Customer service experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, ocean freight, or a customer care environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, customer service platforms, and transportation or logistics management systems. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business growth. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
